株式会社LIFULLの取り組む、地球の新たな食材を見つけるプロジェクト「地球料理 Earth Cuisine」の第一弾「Eatree Plates」のプロモーション映像を制作しました。2018年10月に、東京・奥多摩町に一夜限りでオープンした「間伐材」を食材に使ったレストラン。そこに訪れた人たちが、驚きとともに料理を楽しむ様子を描きました。

We produced a promotional video for LIFULL Corporation's project "Earth Cuisine," which aims to discover new ingredients from the Earth. The first installment, "Eatree Plates," featured a restaurant that opened for one night only in October 2018 in Okutama, Tokyo, using "thinned wood" as an ingredient. The video captures the reactions of visitors as they enjoy the surprising and innovative dishes.
