寛政三年(1971年)創業の歴史ある酒蔵「澤屋まつもと」で、日本酒が伝統的な手法で作られる様子を、テクノという意外な音楽の組み合わせで魅せた海外向けの映像コンテンツです。澤屋まつもとで220年以上守られてきた「伝統を守る」「新しい発想で伝統を破る」「新しい価値を創造する」という守破離の精神を4分間で表現しています。

This is a piece of video content created for an international audience that showcases the traditional methods of making sake at the historic sake brewery "Sawaya Matsumoto," founded in Kansei 3 (1791). The video intriguingly combines these traditional processes with techno music. It captures the spirit of "Shuhari," which has been upheld at Sawaya Matsumoto for over 220 years: "preserving tradition," "breaking tradition with new ideas," and "creating new value," all expressed within a four-minute duration.
